Self Portrait #1

I love softball and have been playing since I was about 4 years old. When taking this picture I was really trying to get the focus on me and the softball because that is what I am trying to portray. This sport has taught me so much about athletics in general but it has also taken a huge toll on my personality. I have become much more mentally tough because my coaches have put me in situations they knew I could make it through even if I didn't believe I could. I love softball.
